Must Be German Speaking
Technical Support second line Engineer required to work with our leading German client to support the project and user's as part of a Windows 10 migration. Subsequent 2nd line support/troubleshooting also required.
Applicants will have experience providing 2nd line support within a large corporate / blue chip organisation. You will also have experience supporting generic Microsoft Applications and operating systems (Win 8, Win 10, MS-Office etc).
Strong communication skills are required - German and English for the purposes of user support and acting as a go-between with external consultants.
