Technical Support analyst - Digital Applications - Manchester City Centre - SQL / 2nd line

Technical / Applications support analyst sought by the well-renowned digital eCommerce transport organisation company based in Manchester city centre

Being part of their established technology team, you will gain training on their suite of web, cloud and digital based applications and be responsible for taking ownership and managing incident and application service requests, including the use of foundation SQL to resolve issues. You will also be involved in working closely with their in house Development, Business Analysis and QA teams in escalating and resolving issues, as well as external stakeholders

You will have experience of supporting Software based applications, ideally in a retail / digital environment and have a passion for learning market-leading web-based products. You will have excellent communication skills and have experience with incident resolution. You will also have a foundation knowledge of SQL (running queries, etc - further specific training will be provided) and ideally have knowledge of Change and Release processes, applications testing and ITIL practices

Will suit a technically minded application support analyst with foundation SQL seeking to work with a leading well-known organisation in central Manchester, with excellent training and career opportunities
