Senior Java Developer highly sought after by this fast-growing eCommerce retailer to lead the evolution and major transformation of large high-usability systems.

The organisation has exciting plans to grow its brand internationally and to double its annual revenue by 2025. Joining the team as a Senior Developer, you will be working on green-field projects to design, develop, and implement new Java-based applications and systems that will transform the business.

This is a highly varied role, where you will be developing a diverse range of systems including those for warehousing, logistics, purchasing, customer journey, and more. The position is ideal for Senior-level Java Developer who is interested in getting involved with design an architectural matter. If desired, you will also be able to coach and manage a team.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A solid track record engineering large Java-based business systems and applications.
  • Knowledge of Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot
  • An understanding of relational databases including some SQL development skills
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies

You will be working in a non-corporate and collaborative working environment, where you will be encouraged to share your thoughts and ideas.
