This is an exciting opportunity to join an IT team of a leading Northwest-based retailer situated in the Greater Manchester area. Joining as a Service Desk Analyst you will be supporting a variety of the organisations IT networks, infrastructure and software applications; a truly diversified role
Working in a small team, you will be involved in supporting their systems across the store and distribution centres (all on site) and will be supporting approximately 150 business users. Your background will be in supporting business users with their Microsoft systems and applications, and you will have a good understanding of VMWare and the wider infrastructure environment, Active Directory, Switches/Networking , Outlook and SQL Server and other MS technologies.
It will be useful to have supported MS CRM and enterprise systems (particularly Dynamics CRM, ERP and EPOS (NAV)), but this is not essential as training will be provided. You may have experience of working in a virtualised environment (VM Ware) too, and have supported mobile devices
Will suit a current Service Desk Analyst with experience providing 2nd line support, who is seeking to enjoy working on supporting a variety of BAU and new project based tasks. You will also value taking a hands-on approach to supporting a wide range of systems and applications.
