Service Desk Analyst required by a high growth software solutions house at their technology hub in Chorley. As a Service Desk Analyst you will be comfortable working within a busy and fast-paced environment and will responsible for managing the organisation's service desk system.
Duties and responsibilities will include, logging and responding to service desk calls, monitoring and escalating service desk tickets to ensure that they meet contracted SLAs and analysing new reporting requirements.
