Service Desk Analyst

Location - Chorley

Salary - £18,000 - £22,000

Service Desk Analyst required by a high growth software solutions house at their technology hub in Chorley. As a Service Desk Analyst you will be comfortable working within a busy and fast-paced environment and will responsible for managing the organisation's service desk system.

Duties and responsibilities will include, logging and responding to service desk calls, monitoring and escalating service desk tickets to ensure that they meet contracted SLAs and analysing new reporting requirements.

The successful Service Desk Analyst will have:

  • Experience working in a service desk role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure
  • It would be beneficial to have experience working in an ITIL environment, however this is not essential
