A Senior Data Engineer is required by a Market Leading UK Retailer, with a huge online presence selling a strong variety of products. The organisation is undertaking a digital transformation with the growth they have and continue to experience.

The Senior Data Engineer will be a hugely valuable member, being required to build high quality secure dta systems, serving multiple users and reporting to provide insight and analytical solutions.

Essential skill set of the Senior Data Engineer:

• Proven commercial experience with SQL, DB2 and Python.
• Understanding of ETL Processes and tools.
• Experience in reporting with PowerBI / Tableau
• Significant work with Data Warehousing in design, delivery and support

Desirable skill set:

• Experience of Agile methodologies
• Interest in different emergent Data Technologies
• Commercial experience in Retail / Financial sectors
