£25,000 - £40,000 depending on experience + Great Commission + Bens. Double your basic OTE
Fast growing customer service obsessed IT tech and services company requires multiple new salespeople to do hybrid roles managing existing accounts and driving new business growth - selling a full range of modern IT equipment, projects, licensing, and managed services.
In this role you will:
Researching potential customers to shape and build new business
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients
Expand the relationships with existing clients by providing specialist technology insight that will help your clients buy the right technology that solves their business challenges
Serve as one of the lead points of contact for client account management matters
Serve as one of the key links of communication between key clients and internal tech teams
Resolve issues and problems faced by clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Maintain proactive outbound contact with every client
Negotiate contracts and close agreements and project sales to maximise profits and achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team, cross-functional teams, and external partners
Working towards your targets through developing market understanding, building relationships and networking!
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience selling IT products and services OR any other B2B sales experience (for entry level roles).
Graduate or grad calibre candidate - technology or business subjects are ideal.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong IT Literacy: Good use of internet, office, any CRMs (Salesforce or similar) and having a general interest in IT, software, and technology.
Have excellent listening, negotiation, problem solving, and presentation abilities
Proven sales experience having worked in Business-to-Business Sales and/or Account Management which may include IT, Recruitment, Insurance, Finance or Media Sales experience for example.
Drive, ambition, confidence dealing with people on the phone and in person is essential and you will need to demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. You will have a passion for sales and be keen to learn and develop your skill set.
