Chester - £20,000 -£22,000 + Car Allowance



Applause IT are looking for an Helpdesk Support Technician with good recent experience in a similar IT support role to join a busy and expanding technical team where you'll be working closely with the Support Manager. Your experience and skills will be based around a Microsoft tech stack and is sought by a leading housing provider.


The successful Helpdesk Support Technician must have experience with the following:

  • Windows 10 and Windows 7
  • Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 Server
  • Active Directory Administration, WSUS and IIS
  • SCCM
  • Virtualisation Expereicne ideally in VMWare
  • DHCP and DNS services
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Sharepoint
