Ambitious and fast growing mid market / enterprise focused IT Managed Services Company requires highly skilled and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to devise and execute on going social, email and paid marketing campaigns to help them supplement their current customer base with carefully targeted client acquisitions to complement their organic growth. The sales approach here is consultative - to guide customers through the complexities and developments in the IT market and they aim to develop strong client relationships and become an extension of their customers existing IT department. The Role

The Head of Marketing will take ultimate responsibility for all marketing activities across the company working closely with the Chief Sales Officer and the CEO to drive top line revenue growth. You will be an expert in your field and have experience of working in a fast paced, high growth technology business that is focused on growing monthly recurring revenue. You must able to manage marketing budget from a ROI perspective with a proven ability to show revenue based outcomes from Marketing activity.

Day to day you will:

Develop and deliver a sustainable strategy to generate inbound demand for services using digital, social, paid for and targeted campaigns

Ensure that the brand maintains a strong presence across all channels and is well recognised by both existing customers and prospects.

Identify opportunities to extend into new market segments and ensure that our messaging is both consistent and current

Work with our third party PR partners to maximise editorial coverage to gain maximum exposure at all times

Work to ensure the company is listed in all relevant awards categories throughout the course of the year where eve possible

Develop senior level relationships with vendor partners to ensure sales and marketing accreditation's are maintained and maximum partner funding is awarded

Add credible value to the Senior Leader Team of and build relationships with peers to ensure all areas of the business support marketing activity

Reporting on key KPI's to ensure the desired outcomes are being achieved and return on investment is being achieved.

About you

Previous experience of leading a marketing function for a fast paced, high growth IT tech business.

World-class leadership skills with a natural desire to win!

The ability to prioritise goals and deliver to deadlines.

Demonstrable success of creating and delivering highly successful past marketing campaigns is essential .
