Leading software solutions provider requires experienced native standard German Speaking IT Help Desk Analyst to join professional tight knit team of IT Application Support operatives based out of their Glasgow City Centre offices.
Required skills and experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (Must be totally fluent i.e. to Native standard in German)
Fluency in German and English to the level of being able to handle technical calls via phone or email from customers.
Excellent telephone manner.
Highly motivated and determined team player.
Tenacious and self-disciplined.
Flexible on working or various tasks in alongside general support.
Conscientious attitude towards quality and detail.
Ability to adapt to fast moving and changing environment.
Excellent problem solving, trouble-shooting and multi-tasking skills.
Desirable skills and experience (in no way essential):
IT Support / Help Desk Experience
Knowledge of standard windows based networks, operating systems and office applications
Exposure to supporting SAAS (software as a service) based systems
Knowledge of SQL databases and querying
Providing technical support for all German and customers in German & English.
Provide training for EMEA customers both on and off site in German & English.
Provide support and training for new staff on the use of the products.
Assist in creating and updating the online product help, technical/user guides, email templates, knowledge bases, surveys and other communications.
Assist in testing new releases of products to assure compliance.
