Customer Support Advisor - Software, CRM

Leicester

Contract - 3 Months - £11.50/hr

Customer Support Advisor ideally with experience in an I.T or Technical Support environment and sought by a leading technology provider for integrated educational software solutions.

As a Customer Support Advisor you will be part of their head office team in Leicester and the first point of contact for all incoming customer queries which you will tackle in a professional manner, resolving issues where you can and escalating when necessary. On a day-to-day basis you will be supported by a great 2nd Line Support team and a Client Services Delivery team.

The successful Customer Support Advisor should have the following:

  • Experience within an I.T / Technical Support or Customer Services environment
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems - for example Salesforce / Dynamics
  • Ability to learn quickly - excellent training provided
  • Committed work ethic and enthusiasm for providing the best customer service
  • Ability to adapt approach dependent on each call
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
