Contract - 3 Months - £11.50/hr
Customer Support Advisor ideally with experience in an I.T or Technical Support environment and sought by a leading technology provider for integrated educational software solutions.
As a Customer Support Advisor you will be part of their head office team in Leicester and the first point of contact for all incoming customer queries which you will tackle in a professional manner, resolving issues where you can and escalating when necessary. On a day-to-day basis you will be supported by a great 2nd Line Support team and a Client Services Delivery team.
