Applause IT are hiring a Customer Experience Manager for a leading SaaS and technology business who build a suite of products for web content management and customer experience management. They help their users build the best possible connections with their customers using their complete suite of products including their integrations hub for popular 3rd party service offerings.
This Customer Experience Manager will help to define what the customer should expect from the business to ensure loyalty and satisfaction, helping to deliver a unified experience across service delivery, account management, support and customer service. B2B experience here will be key.
You will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders and heads of department to ensure that they understand their role and part to play in the customer experience. Strong communication skills are needed and an ability to see the bigger picture and work in an interdisciplinary way is a must.
