Customer Account Manager with experience providing customer services in a client facing environment (ideally technology or software) sought by a leading technology provider for integrated business communications solutions. Their "customer first" approach starts with their support function - offering new customers a fantastic on boarding process and great ongoing support is provided by their account management team.
As a Customer Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a number of US customers; maximising satisfaction and user adoption, securing engagement and loyalty, helping to up-sell / cross-sell further services and escalating client technical issues when necessary.
