Applause IT are recruiting for an experienced Client Operations Manager for a growing Agile technology consultancy business in Leeds. They support their customers in every step of their Agile journey - offering the services of specialist individuals, blended micro teams and full squads - whatever the best fit is for that particular situation.
They can help companies in design and discover, project kick off, training, support and they even step up when projects may have stalled to get things back on track and rescue the project.
The Client Operations Manager will be the first point of contact for all resource planning issues, acting as a liaison between Account Managers and the People team to identify the best consultants for a particular project based on skill set, availability and most importantly; experience.
You will work alongside financial stakeholders to support forecasts and project pipeline against operations targets and you'll also support the bid team with the creation of client proposals. You will have responsibility for client onboarding with the support of other business units, nurturing client relationships and taking ownership of the commercials. Their relationships with 3rd party suppliers will also be managed by you.
