2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Windows, Microsoft

London - £25,000 - £32,000 + Benefits

2nd Line IT Support Engineer with experience supporting Windows / Microsoft environments both via remote access and on-site visits sought by a high quality, Microsoft Gold Partnered managed services provider to provide I.T support to their clients, assist them with maintenance, ad hoc issues and solutions delivery.

They have an excellent reputation for providing the highest levels of service, consulting with their clients regularly and helping them to ensure their company's systems and I.T Infrastructure are up to date and continue to match requirements.

The successful 2nd Line IT Support Engineer should have the following knowledge:

  • Windows Server 2012 and 2016
  • Exchange Server 2010 and 2013
  • Windows 8 and 10
  • Microsoft Office 2013, 2016 and Office365
  • Remote Support Software
  • Basic Infrastructure - Networking / Connectivity - routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco Meraki) etc.
  • Exposure to Hyper-V virtualisation
  • Knowledge of Back-Up
  • MCP Certification or similar
