How does it work?

A contingent recruitment solution is very typical of the UK staffing market. 

Once terms and conditions have been agreed, we source applicants for your position, screen those candidates as per your requirements and send across their applications. We work together until you have identified your chosen candidate through the interview process, made a successful offer and they turn up to start with you having served their notice period. 

Only then would you receive an invoice for our services. The associated fee is typically a % of the first year remuneration for the candidate. 

PSL or Exclusive Partnership

We offer a range of contingent recruitment services, all come with the security of knowing there are no costs involved until we successfully onboard your new member of staff.
