Recruitment Consultant
If you’re an experienced consultant with at least a year’s commercial recruitment experience, this is an opportunity not to be missed. Join us and you’ll soon discover that Applause is a forward thinking company, that will offer you the tools, support and training you need to really succeed. To engage in what could be a highly rewarding position, you will need to be of graduate calibre, familiar with MS Office applications (including Outlook email MS Word and at least one database) and be comfortable conducting prospecting/business development activities on an on-going basis. Experience of IT recruitment is preferred although we’re equally keen to hear from consultants with experience covering finance/accounting, sales/marketing, legal, technical, commercial or scientific roles. We offer a highly competitive package including a basic salary, pension, and monthly
commission/incentives on placements.
Trainee Recruitment Consultants

At Applause we believe in home growing our talent and as such, we are pleased to hear from recent graduates with a taste for telesales to join us a Trainee Consultants. Working closely with a senior
consultant you’ll learn all aspects of IT recruitment – from new business development, searching for candidates, interview facilitation, client/candidate management, right through to negotiating the final placement terms - you’ll learn it all. After that, you’ll be given your own territory from which to develop client revenues and gain above average rewards. Ambition, self motivation, ability to manage your time well, impressive communication skills and a real determination to succeed are a must.
