With over 25 years in the IT Recruitment sector and being a founder member of Applause IT, Mike's role as MD is to oversee the growth and development of the business. He is passionate to promote an outstanding working culture and understand the needs of our key clients, in offering them a cutting-edge recruitment service and enjoyable customer experience.
