Referral scheme

We'd like to say a big "thank you" every time you recommend a friend to us, or a colleague who is hiring by rewarding you with a £250 gift voucher from one of the following companies.

Choose your gift voucher from either:

• John Lewis: one of the UK's leading retailers, offering everything and more for the family and home, or
• PC World: for all your personal and work based computing needs.

For each referral you will receive the gift voucher once they have been placed in a permanent position for 12 weeks or completed a 12 week contract assignment with Applause IT, or we have filled a new role/contract on behalf of your colleague.

Terms and conditions

• Excludes candidates currently registered with Applause IT Ltd and actively seeking work.
• No monetary alternative is available.
• Referrals must be made to Applause IT Ltd before or at registration (of the referred candidate) - referrals made at a later stage will not be valid.
• To qualify for a reward, the period between your referral and your friend's placement must be no greater than 12 months.
• We can only accept referrals for people already working in the UK, or those who are eligible to work in the UK.
• If your friend is placed in a role, you will be eligible for your gift once they have completed 12 weeks of work in a permanent role or following the completion of 12 consecutive weeks of contract work.
• Similarly you will be eligible for your gift once we have been remunerated for the placement/contract referred to us via your colleague.
• Applause IT Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value without prior notice.
• Applause IT Ltd's decision is final.
