Service Desk engineer (Software / applications support) - Denbighshire
Service Desk engineer sought by this established software house developing market leading logistics and supply chain software products and systems.
They are seeking an additional support analyst / engineer to resolve issues and assist in implementations of their key systems and software. You will have excellent communication skills and be involved in using their call logging applications to update and resolve calls. You will be responsible for running reports and potentially testing software, as well as escalating complex technical and programming issues.
Will suit a local support engineer / analyst with experience of working on a service desk with an interest in learning more about software and systems, with a general interest in programming and testing. Any knowledge of programming languages such as Java or web technologies, as well as Unix or SQL would be useful, although training will be provided
