Mike Scotney, BSc, MSc, Director

Mike has over 10 years recruitment experience gained since he moved on from a technical IT role in the early 90's. As a masters graduate with a taste for sales, Mike soon found his feet in recruitment and was a top performer at his previous employers - a large independent IT recruitment company operating across the UK. Since founding Applause in 2000, Mike has built many of the relationships with Applause's key clients. He also has a busy life outside of work fathering two growing boys.

Tim Morris, Bsc, Director

Tim is also a founder member of Applause, has also been continually developing a solid client-base since 2000. A Psychology graduate with a background in advertising and marketing within the legal industry, Tim was also a top performer at a highly successful IT recruitment company for several years and also has over 10 years experience in the IT recruitment sector.
