Mike has over 14 years IT recruitment experience gained since a brief stint as an IT Analyst in the early 90's. As a masters graduate with a taste for sales, Mike soon found his feet in recruitment and was a top performer at his previous employers - a large national recruitment firm. Since founding Applause in 2000, Mike has built many of the relationships with Applause's key clients. He also has a busy life outside of work fathering two growing boys and running marathons.

A graduate in psychology, Tim is also a founding partner in Applause IT, with 13 years of experience in the IT recruitment industry to draw upon. Successfully honing his client development skills in advertising and marketing, Tim made the move to IT recruitment, becoming a top performer at the same national company as Mike. Since 2000, through hard work and determination, he has established an impressive client base. Outside of work Tim is kept busy by family commitments including looking after 2 baby daughters and loves to travel.
